The company has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the CSN EN ISO 9001 standard. The quality management system was certified by Det Norske Veritas in 2002. On the basis of a successful recertification audit that took place in 2005, the certificate's validity was extended until 2008. The certificate is valid for the areas of development, design, sales, production and service of software and software applications, data processing, installation, sales and service of computer and telecommunications hardware. The company also implemented an environmental management system in accordance with the CSN EN ISO 14001 standard, which was certified in March 2005.
The company's top management along with the process management department guarantee that they system is properly maintained and undergoes continuous improvement. All of the company's organization, management and activities are fully interlinked with the quality and environmental management systems, with particular emphasis being placed on ensuring the high quality of products, solutions and services delivered, and of the company's human resources management.
