Asseco Central Europe now also in Hungary
On 14 December 2009, Asseco Central Europe (Asseco CE) acquired 70.04% of shares in the Hungarian IT company Statlogics with the seat in Budapest by means of Asseco Slovakia. In this way the group has covered another important market and extended its wide portfolio by an interesting product.
